FAQ

Will my beta data carry over?: Yes. Beta accounts continue working when paid plans launch. You'll see a "you used 11,000 invoices in beta — pick a plan within 30 days" notice and a clear migration path.
Can I export my data?: Today: GSTR-1 + GSTR-3B JSON, invoice + CN PDFs. CSV export for invoices and customers is planned for the parity tail. Full Postgres dump on request via /contact.
Do you store my data outside India?: No. Postgres + worker + R2 storage all on Indian regions. Cloudflare edge can serve from any global PoP but the origin and cold storage are all in-country.
What's your SLA?: None during beta — we run a single droplet. If it dies, you get an apology and a fast recovery. Production SLA arrives with paid plans + multi-instance deploy.
